About These Terms

By submitting an estimate request or working with Desert Prime Cabinetry on a project, you agree to these Terms of Service. Desert Prime Cabinetry is a registered DBA of Advanced Cabinet Repair Inc., a licensed California contractor (CSLB License #1122788).

Estimates

Estimates provided are non-binding initial assessments based on the information you submit. Final pricing requires an in-person measure appointment and a written proposal signed by both parties. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. We do not begin work until a written proposal is signed and any required deposit is received.

SMS Terms

  • We send SMS messages only to opted-in customers

  • Message types: appointment confirmations, project updates, scheduling, follow-ups

  • Message frequency: varies based on project stage

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe from any message

  • Reply HELP for help and contact information

  • Message and data rates may apply

  • Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Cancellation

Customers may cancel an estimate request at any time before signing a project proposal by contacting us at team@desertprimecabinetry.com or (760) 209-6350. After a proposal is signed, cancellation terms are governed by the signed proposal and applicable California contractor law.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved under California law. Venue for any legal action shall be Riverside County, California.
